Help Desk Engineer - End User IT Support Operation
For a new project of Help Desk End User IT Support Operation, we are currently seeking qualified engineering resources to join our team. You will be on a one-year renewable contract.
If you meet the following minimum qualifications, apply right away:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing end user IT support, preferably in a help desk environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with end users.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent, are preferred but not mandatory.
