Rajiv R. Menon, an advertising industry leader in creative strategy and disruptive ideation, is the Chief Executive Creative Officer at Phoenix Ogilvy. His focus is to elevate Ogilvy’s creative expertise in Sri Lanka by pushing the boundaries of innovative solutions it offers.

Rajiv has 27 years of awarded brand work in 3600 communications in India, Singapore, Indonesia and South East Asian markets besides helping build brands in the US, UK and Europe, for clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to Indian public sector giants to Asian SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Previously, as Chief Creative Officer (India/Singapore) at WPP’s 141Sercon and Creative Director for all Lowe Lintas IMAG agencies for several years, Rajiv has driven successful and award-winning creative engagements for some of the best brands in the world like Unilever, British Airways, Mercedes-Benz, Nokia, Taj Group of Hotels and Asia Pacific Breweries.

Besides advertising, Rajiv is an avid designer, foodie, traveller and photographer with a passion for cultural curation.
