- The ability to communicate in English and Sinhala is a must and Tamil will be an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability, organization, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Flexibility to adhere to consumer engagement working hours.
