Executive - Client Servicing

Ogilvy Digital is a global agency with a Sri Lankan soul, and Sri Lanka’s pioneering digital agency for over 14 years. We’re on the lookout for an Executive - Client Servicing to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the key link between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration, and alignment on objectives.
• Develop impactful and insight-driven digital marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of local and international brands.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to enhance future results.

Expected Competencies:

• A Degree in Marketing, or a relevant professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital trends.
• Exposure to developing and managing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
