Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tamil Content Writer to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, original, and culturally relevant Tamil content for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns. If you have a passion for storytelling, excellent language skills, and an understanding of how to connect with Tamil-speaking audiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality content in Tamil for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, blogs, scripts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Translate and localize English & Sinhala content into Tamil while preserving tone and context.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Stay updated with trends, culture, and language evolution within Tamil-speaking communities.
• Conduct basic research to support content development when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting in Tamil (portfolio required).
• Excellent command of written Tamil (typing, grammar, spelling, and flow).
• Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on the platform or audience.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization is an added advantage.
